Corporate Inversions

A look at some U.S. corporations that have reincorporated in foreign countries to escape the U.S. tax system. At first, the most popular destinations for these transactions, known as inversions, were Bermuda and the Cayman Islands. But in recent years, as Internal Revenue Service limits on inversions have tightened, the most popular destinations have shifted to Europe, especially Ireland.
